Capacities Object Reference links as web links in other spaces

I would like to be able to use a Capacities Object Reference (capacities://...) as a web link.

I keep separate spaces for Work and Life. It would be nice to be able to make a "shallow" reference to objects in other spaces. This would prevent me from needing to create duplicate Person or Org objects, etc. while still keeping a demarcation between these disparate experiences.
