Better visibility for scroll thumb

In case it's hard to use the mouse wheel to scroll a page - for example because there are a large number of items like on the system query for images - then you have to find that tiny, almost invisible scroll handle (scroll thumb) to do so.

Not only is that thumb much to small, its color is also much to light - #f4f4f3, even on high quality screens this is almost invisible.

My feature request is to significantly increase the visibility of this important UI element!
