customizable rolling date option

I am trying to track social metrics and would love to be able to set up a query to show me all posts published 2 and 5 days ago. There are rolling date options, but these are for 1 day or a week. Any chance we could have an option to customize along the lines of "in X days" or "X days ago"? thanks!
