Provide options to convert the case of a block or selected text (Caps, sentence, title, camel etc)

Kindly provide an option to easily change the case of an entire block and/or selected text. Something similar to what's in Ms Word. Title case, Sentence case, Camel case, all small caps.

It'll greatly help in quick formatting of titles and/or text copied over that's in a less desirable caps setting.
