Tasks and dependencies

Sometimes, I have to take care of dependencies between tasks, that is, manage block tasks and blocking tasks. For example: distributing a formal document (the blocked task) is blocked unless that formal document is signed (then blocking task) and be automatically warned of the blocked task availability only once the blocking task is completed
