Recurrent tasks on specific days

I have activities that I have to perform on dedicated days and various hours, but not on a fixed basis. Thus, I would appreciate to be able to set up a task to be performed on, for example, 05/12/2026, 05/31/2026, 06/14/2027, and so on … Thus, it would be nice if, to set up my recurring task, I would have a calendar that allows me be to select multiple days (and a specific hour for each day)
