allow/improve line/section breaks in text of properties

Not sure this is a bug, a non-well documented use, or just missing:

There seems to be no native was to produce line + section breaks in the text-field for properties. Which can render it close to useless in some cases, which is especially a pity when trying to leverage auto-fill to produce info that needs segmentation to be useful.

My current experience:

• Shift Enter would not produce line breaks, when I am tryiing to edit the text-property field.

• None of the attempts to make autofill format its answer w/ line or section breaks produces such a segemented formatting

• The only thing successfully producing a segmented text is copy&paste a pre-formatted text, it seems…

Additionally: there is no alternative to use freeform text in properties as blocks are reserved for the body of an object, where autofill doesn´t work.
