Allow customization of task status category

It would be great to allow for a bit more customization of the task categories. We can now edit/add status properties, but the three categories are fixed; Not Started, In Progress, Done.

I do like that In Progress statuses show up in the Today view of tasks, keeps them top of mind. However I have added two statuses, Waiting and Delegated for things I am waiting on to complete or have passed along to someone else, but I am still tracking. Those lists get to be quite big and I would prefer that they not all show up in Today view, as they are technically "In Progress."

For now, I have moved those two into Not Started, but it just feels off because they are in fact, already going.

Maybe additional custom categories can be opened up so we can avoid this?
