Tags - Management of duplicated entries

Hi,

I have 3 suggestions:

• Confirm pop-up when user is about to create a tag with an exact match of an existing tag. Example: if i have a tag named Capacities, if by accident try to create a new one, i should be prompted to confirm if i want to duplicate.
• Function to show duplicated tags, eventually using the query engine.
• Allow to merge tags, that can be duplicated or not, prompting the user to select the name of the merged tag. Example: if i have a tag named capacities and another named Capacities, i should be able to merge them and select the name i want the final tag to have.
