Make Tag Dropdown menu in Objects Viewable by Tag Collections

Being able to pick your tag by your tag collections would help keep tags cleaner and need less maintenance from recall errors. Currently, the tag dropdown menu in each object only lists a small number of tags and there is no scrolling to find the exact tag you're looking for.

Lots of tags are in Collections. Being able to just access the tag collections on the dropdown menu would help with bulky issues, and get you to your tag faster and more accurately.

Currently, if we can't remember, we have to exit, go look up the tags in the tags object types, then return. Lots of things get lost that way.
