Update requests on MacOS
I love the desktop app and it is great to be able to use it instead of the browser. However when there is a new update (even minor versions which come quite often) I get a pop-up notification from MacOS "Updates ready to install". I have it on my work computer where we have to request admin rights to be able to make changes to the computer(with Make Me Admin), so it is a process every time. The thing is that if i click "cancel" and do this later the app push the notification again within a few minutes (the popup cannot be minimised and comes on top of all other windows) making it impossible to use the computer unless I update the app. No other app on my computer behaves that way, the others send it either once, or they have it as a notification in the app. That is better because then i can update at the end of the day, or like once a week once a week. Atm I have to go back to the webapp again.
