Is outline in sidebar removed?
The option to view the outline in full height sidebar is missing. Only a small floating window is available to see the TOC. Please add the option to view the outline in sidebar again.

You can switch back to the full-height sidebar outline in Settings → Editor → Default Page Sidebar Position and choose the static sidebar option. That will restore the old behavior with the outline in the right sidebar instead of only the floating TOC.

Beth Is it possible to add a button in the right toolbar to display the outline / toc as a side-panel tab (like for related content, backlinks, objects etc.)? The floating toc is sufficient if you only have a few headings but it's not very helpful to get a quick and clear overview of a complex page's contents. I prefer a full view of the TOC in such cases.
