Grouping timestamped blocks in Date References
- I noticed a, somewhat, confusing behavior. Once you have an object with a toggle and timestamped sub-items, those appear as separate items in the Date References section of the Calendar. If you open the toggle for each one of them, you end up with lots of "duplicated" entries in that section. Could/should all of them appear as one (under the toggle) in this section since it's the same dated object (in this case, the Daily Note object)?
My point being: using /now to try to implement a kind of interstitial journaling "messes up" (my POV) the Date References with a lot of entries.

Thanks for the clear explanation, that makes a lot of sense. Right now, timestamped blocks are shown individually in Date References, which is why your interstitial journaling creates so many separate entries. Grouping those under their parent toggle (or parent object) is a good idea and fits well with how people use daily notes and /now. I’ve added your use case to our internal notes for future calendar/date improvements.
