Allow linking to full rows of tables

I often track certain projects in larger tables. E.g. for each project page, I have them referenced in a table with contact information, quick summaries, etc, which is easier to copy-paste into other emails to share with my team.

Right now, when I reference a page in a table, it only links the single table cell that the page is imbedded in. It would be really helpful to be able to see the entire row pulled into the project line without having to create separate tables for each page.
