Feedback on Improving Scrollbar Visibility

Hi there,

The app's scrollbar is currently very faint and hard to see in both Light and Dark modes.

I would like to suggest the following improvements:

1. Increase the contrast/darkness of the scrollbar color.
2. Implement an auto-highlight feature: The scrollbar should light up when the mouse hovers over the scrollbar track area, without requiring the user to hover directly over the scrollbar itself.

Thank you.
