Should capacities drop Open AI as a default model?

I am currently quite happy with Capacities, but a bit reluctant to extend my trial to a paid subscription as currently Capacities is offering Open AI models as a default for their pro subscription.

Wouldn't it be possible to have instead another model, with better privacy guarantees (and possibly European in order to be fully compatible with GDPR requirements)?

Capacities is fully GDPR compliant and we use enterprise-grade APIs with strict DPAs that prohibit training on your data and storing your content; details are here: https://docs.capacities.io/more/data-protection and https://docs.capacities.io/reference/ai-assistant#data-protection.You can already use European providers like Mistral via your own API key and even restrict AI to only use your keys: https://docs.capacities.io/reference/ai-assistant#custom-model-provider.
