Note Clean Up Function

It would be great to have a cleanup process within notes that helps structure and organize notes dropped in from outside tools. For example, pasting in meeting notes from Google Gemini also brings in a lot of Base64 encoding that then has to be manually removed. Ideally this function could remove gibberish and unneeded characters without necessarily rewriting the core content.

Another example is copy/pasting recipes from online sites - an AI function to remove unneeded characters (like those that come in from ad banners on sites) and create a consistent format would be great. (This is one of the strengths of mem.ai, for a current feature reference in a similar tool)
