Paginated or Lazy Loading for task board columns
## Problem Statement
When working with large task boards in Capacities, the task window becomes slow because it loads all tasks at once, including those in "Done" and "Cancelled" columns. While it's possible to hide these columns using the slider icon, this workaround:
- Disables drag-and-drop functionality between columns
- Doesn't persist across devices/sessions
- Doesn't solve the underlying performance issue
## Proposed Solution
Implement paginated or lazy loading for task board columns, where:
- Only a limited set of tasks (e.g., first 20) loads initially per columns
- Additional tasks load on-demand through scrolling within the column or a
Load morebutton at the bottom of columns with huge number of elements - This would apply particularly to columns with many completed/cancelled tasks
### Expected Benefits
- Improved initial loading time for task boards
- Better performance when working with large projects
- Maintains drag-and-drop functionality across all columns
- Enhanced user experience across all devices
### Use Case
Users managing long-running projects with hundreds or thousands of completed tasks would benefit from faster task board interactions without sacrificing functionality.
### Example through another app
Notion use a limit on items per column and more loads as we scroll down.
This feature would improve performance while maintaining the full functionality of the task board interface.
