Native Callout Block for Highlighted Content
Capacities currently lacks a dedicated callout block for visually and semantically highlighting important content (e.g., notes, warnings, definitions). Quote styling is a possible workaround, but this is not semantically explicit and does not provide consistent visual differentiation.
Suggestion:
Introduce a native Callout block with:
– Predefined types (Info, Note, Warning, Important, Example, Definition)
– Subtle background styling or accent border
– Optional icon support
– Full nesting capability
– Compatibility with object references (@objects)
– Proper Markdown/HTML export support
A structured callout block would significantly improve readability and documentation quality in longer knowledge objects. It would also align Capacities with established PKM editing standards.

Currently I use the block "group" feature, but with only one block inside the group. Then I add a background color and text color, and manually insert an emoji or icon at the beginning. It's pretty tedious, tbh. Having a callout block would be very nice!
This would be a great addition, I would also add ‘Tip’ aswell
They’re used in the capacities docs, so why not in capacities itself?

I'd be super on board with this. I once tried replicating Obsidian's callouts as well. I tried creating a new object type with templates with each callout and its respective styling, but then embedding it made it collapsed by default and had an additional line on the left like a quote to indicate it was an embed... so it ended up kinda messy visually and it was a chore to set up.
Perhaps a "simple" but powerful feature that would allow this would be having templates for blocks (and sets of blocks), not just objects. Maybe you could even set initial cursor positions built into the templates, that kind of thing. And then these callout blocks could simply be built-in templates that come by default.
