Add a standard macOS Window menu to the Capacities Mac app so users can use native Move & Resize / Tile Left/Right window arrangements

On macOS, most apps include a Window menu that exposes the system’s built-in window tiling controls (for example Move & Resize → Left / Right / Top / Bottom, plus quarters).

In the Capacities Mac app, there is no Window menu at all (only Capacities, Edit, View, Help), so these native window arrangement options aren’t available from the menu bar.

This makes it harder to consistently snap Capacities to the right half of the screen when working side-by-side with a browser or research documents.

Request: please add a standard Window menu and enable the native macOS window arrangement actions (Move & Resize / Tile Left/Right, etc.), matching what Apple Notes and other Mac apps provide.
