"Last Updated" property changes upon viewing page without edits
Apparently, simply opening or viewing a page is triggering an update to its "Last Updated" property; I’ve noticed the timestamp changes even when no edits or modifications are made to the content or metadata.

This is currently expected behaviour, I'll reclassify as an improvement request.
I'd second this request (was also just about to report this as a bug). IMHO "updated" means something has changed. Opening an object is not changing it.
I noticed it when my query of 'recently updated objects' was returning strange results, including things I hadn't looked at for several months. A lot of them shared the last updated date of 3rd Feb, so I suspect there's background processes changing this date even without any user interaction.
