Multi language search in /icon

When using /icon you see a widget that allows you to search for the right icon or emoji.

There is a search bar. This search does only work in regards to the language you have currently configured.

Being german I oftentime can't find common emoji's I would expect (as found in other applications), because I need to transfer to a matching term in german first which for some of them does not feel natural (e.g. using "käfer" to find a matching icon representing a software bug). At least I don't think in german in that use case ;)

Would be great to include searching across at least english + currently configured language.
