Cant collapse customize options in "Backlinks" Area.

I don't know if this is inteded or not. Might be totally intentional. But the default view is embeded in the Backlinks section. When I press on Customize and then procced to customize. The options (filters, views, group by) cant me collapsed back into nothing and just have the same default button of "Customize". If I press the X, it not only closes the editing part, but it resets the view to embeded.

I dont know if, keeping all those options there when you have changed the default settings, intended. But I think it creates a clutter section that usually is not changed very actively.

When its on default, you have only one button "Customize" and also it only appears if hovered. It would be nice to have that even if you have modified the customizations
