Make the Capacities desktop app available on the Microsoft Store for Windows users

Currently, the Windows version must be downloaded directly from the website. It would be highly beneficial to have Capacities available in the Microsoft Store to simplify the installation process, enable automatic background updates, and provide a more "native" feel for Windows 11 users. This would also help users on managed devices where direct .exe downloads might be restricted.
