Varied block spacing between lists and paragraphs.
One thing I think the main note page of Capacities lacks is a proper sense of visual hierarchy. A lot of the element are very similar looking and can easily blend into each other. One big are of improvement is the spacing between blocks. Everything is sort of evenly spaced. Even the spacing between lines in a paragraph aren't too visually distinct from the spacing between blocks.
I think the spacing between paragraphs (not the standard line spacing) is too small, and makes it a bit harder to read pages with a lot of text. maybe a slider or something else could be an option.
In addition, decrease the spacing between bulleted lists and numbered lists.

Another example using another block based notetaking app: Notion
Here's an example of it done right. I think the styling of the Capacities Documentation is exactly what I'm thinking about. Compared to the app, it's a lot easier to read information cause it's properly spaced.
Related to the last comment, the amount of space between bullets in my list is throwing me off. It seems there's too much space and actually makes it harder to read through or skim the list. I tried reducing text size to 90% which helps to show more bullets on the page but doesn't solve the issue.
