Time zones when booking meetings based on meeting locations.

I travel a lot for work and time zones can shift. The calendar is shifting to the correct day and time based on time zone when I get to a new conutry, but my meetings are shifting all over the place and are no longer useful. When I am booking a meeting - I would like to be able to select meeting location and have the meeting time reflect the location time zone. For example: I am in Canada, PST - and have a meeting in 3 weeks in Australia - When I book the meeting - I would like to see: meeting 1pm with @person in Brisbane - so that when I arrive in Brisbane, my calendar is accurate. What happened, is I arrived, and now all my meetings shifted 18 hours ahead and do not make sense. Going through my own time zone conversations seems challenging. Google calendar has an easy time zone drop down that is easy to use.
