Copy custom object type to another spaces
I have some custom Object types with metadata fields that are generally useful that I would like to recreate in another space.
They don't need to share content across the spaces---it's just the object type definitions that I want to duplicate.
E.g. "Bibliographic references" (with distinct bibtex, authors, etc. fields) which vary in content but would have the same structure in otherwise unrelated spaces.

It would also be great to have the ability to copy objects between different spaces without any additional download actions.
Agreed, or better still in my situation I use Capacities for complex project management work. I now want to duplicate the entire structure to a new space as I have a new project starting which has all the same object types. So, alternatively, some basic "duplicate project" would also be appreciated!
I see this was merged into the share ticket one. Just a reminder that those would be 2 different features, the capability to duplicate object’s properties among spaces and the capability to share the same object among different spaces (which would include content as well).
If both can be done at once, that’s lovely, me personally I’d rather see duplication first if we were to choose between them.
