markdown prieview on/off - but the other way around

There is an option to show and hide a preview of the markdown. Is it possible to add a switch? So that I can see the preview and hide the markdown. In other words, the option but mirrored, the other way around. That would be great. The preview is often easier to read and understand. Or, if preview is on, the option to have it above the Markdown.
