Darker, more vivid highlighter colours + Text remains black

I work in light dim mode, but really dislike how light the highlighting colours are. The grey is almost invisible and the colours are so much lighter than in other applications (see comparison photo).

I would also prefer the highlighted text not to change colour, but stay black and not to have rounded corners as it almost cuts off the first letter (see "title example" photo).
