Date Range for Tasks

I've always wanted a task manager with a "start date" concept, so that the task wouldn't appear at all until a certain date. Then of course the end date would represent the due date. Capacities' date ranges are perfect for this!

@Jürg Spiess mentioned this in another thread, but I think it's worth its own feature request!
