Allow tasks to be done within a month or a week

Rather than specifying a day it would be nice to allow tasks to be done "On this week" or "In this month". To me these are things that I do every month, but it may not always happen on the same day every single month. Or with work it is nice to setup what I am doing that week but not specific days since my days can change a lot quickly.
