Inline tags should be detected in Not tagged object view

When an object, e. g. daily note, has only inline tags, then the object is shown in the Not tagged view. It would be nice to have an option (as I believe not everyone would finda that useful as I do) to consider the object with just inlines tags as tagged.

My workflow for processing notes is based one one rule: Untagged notes are unprocessed ones - and for that the Not tagged view is used frequently. Sometimes I don't tag the whole note, as I want the tag to be next to the block/part of note - this is especially useful in daily notes, as they consist of many different topics; so am using inline tags and if these are somewhere deep down the note, they are even not visible in the card preview and the note looks like untagged, although it contains inline tags.
