Option to export page properties as a markdown table

Exporting properties in --- ... --- section seems to be Obsidian-only? I've tried several other editors and none of them treat it well. Some just hide the section, some misformat it and so on.

The request is to have an option to export properties as a simple two-column table on the top of the page. Since tables seems to be common enough, it might be a better solution. At least it will prevent the data loss.
