Reusable label set

I have loved seeing the addition of labels to capacities! I was always so confused trying to use tags as status properties for my objects. However, I find myself wanting these label options to have a bit more functionality to be used consistently and easily.
I would like to see the option to create a template or "fixed set" of labels that I can use in multiple different objects. While in reading the documentation on labels I see that one might suggest I use tags instead, but I would like tags to be more about cross object content and less for organization of status in a defined process. For example, I use the PARA method to organize my PKM. I have project and area objects, and each have properties to define things such as status, priority, etc. These set parameters would function best as a label not a tag, but tags currently have no functionality that easily allows them to be implemented in different object types. Instead, I have taken a screenshot and then hand recreated the label list in each of my project and area objects. If and/or when I add another object type that would use these labels, I will have to again recreate from scratch.
This is where my suggestion comes in. I understand the purpose for making labels a property only and not an object type themselves, I would like to have some cross object functionality. Mainly, is it possible to add templates or fixed sets of labels that could be selected from a menu when defining labels for your objects. See my attached screenshot for an example of how I would like a template set or fixed set to appear.
