Image Capture Improvements on Mobile - Add a Image shortcut (on Android Mobile) on the format bar

Just like To-Do and List, being able to add images quickly, especially if adding multiple ones when taking notes is a must on the Android app on mobile.

Currently the process is: open / then scroll down, then find image. then upload and then do that over and over and over again for each image that you add and this is especially bothersome if adding more than 20 images at the time or taking notes from a live presentation or a webinar.

A simple solution to this is to add a shortcut on the bar (the one that's above the keyboard)
