Number property with a defined scale

I would love to be able to set a scale to the number property. Having steps is great but on top of that I would like to be able to set the number property to be only betwean -5 and 5. Since the progres bar starts from 0 it could than expand from zero to the left or to the right. In Pro version, you could set two different coulrs for negative a positive values.
