block property styling

I would love to see us be able to update the text/background color of block properties, as well as heading level. As I have been experimenting with templates and setting up objects. I have created a Project object that has block sections for Notes, Resources, and Action Items. Currently, I am putting a header below them, but I don't like how the text is doubled.
