Always show the editing toolbar.

I'm working on a 32" monitor and I have to press shift-CMD-E every time I want to adjust a table cell or bit of text. I don't understand why that toolbar/editor isn't just always visible (at least on a desktop). It's a low-level, constant source of friction in working with Capacities.
