Consolidating Todos added daily in Daily Notes in one common list of Todos

Have you thought of a workflow where one uses daily notes to review the todo list, add more, re-priotitize and keep track on a timeline of what's been added, deleted and re-prioritized ? I think this is something which I would called an 'ADD mind' - where someone is offered to look back in time and say - why did I deprioritize this idea then, and for what reason ? Or when did I start on a bubble ... that had no customers or no traction...
