Capacities color contrast & brightness

I turn nightshift mode almost all the way up in order to use Capacities as the white background canvas color and every other color in Capacities are intensely to bright. There's plenty of research on color balance and the amount of brightness on eye and mind fatigue. Please reduce coloring brightness in your application. Would also be great if we can have a darker background on the left sidebar. The similar blend gives an eerie personal feel.
