Links in titles

Sometimes the title of a page has a keyword that I would like to turn into another note but titles of objects don't have block functionality. It would be cool if I could embed links in titles instead of having to duplicate the note inside of the object. For example a person might break a poem or a text into lines or stanzas and give each line or stanza a page with notes on the significance of that section inside the page, but there may be a word in the title itself that would be deserving of a linked note. Thanks!
