Feature Request: Harvest Highlights

I think there should be a way to "pull out" the highlighted text. You could also sub-select by color, because one can easily use different colors as a meaning-centered color coding system. I think it should "surface" just the highlighted bits. Perhaps just to see them (from a certain page), but perhaps across multiple pages. It might also create a new block (option?) of just the highlighted bits that were harvested.
