Increase upload limit above 100MB

As a user who likes to collect all the resources in the workflow, the inability to upload large files makes me feel bad. Take my use as an example, I need to read a lot of PDF files, and most of these PDF files in the size of the upload limit (100MB), in order to solve this problem, I have tried to upload more than 100MB of documents to the cloud to share, in the form of Weblink stored in Capacities, but I think this violates the concept of categorisation of objects. Is there any feasible way to solve this problem? For example, I can save my personal cloud file sharing links to the objects I want.
