Enable the Calendar panel to display the Daily Note Timeline

The current panel only shows Meeting objects, but Date objects that could be used to block out time in a day only show up at the bottom of the daily note in the Timeline section. Is there anyway to customise the Calendar panel to display the Timeline instead of the Meetings?
