select all objects / items (in bulk select mode)

we have – great – bulk select and edit now. YAI!

… we should also have a way to very simply (keyboard shortcut / UI field) to 'select in' a given situation.

• it makes sense
• all the others have it
• it´s practical & timesaver in a lot of concrete situations (like within a collection, to bulk edit…)
