create latex equations by `$` and `$$`

Currently, Capacities support display and inline math equations, but using quite a different way. Display math can only be found in the block types and inline math have to be used in tool after selecting text.

In latex or many markdown editor, it is natural to simply use a pair of$ for inline math equation and $$ for display math equation. I think this speed up the formating.
