Task Action Options
I would like to maintain duplicate task lists. It would be great to have the option to not delete or mark complete a task sent to my task manager. Thanks.

Task Actions should really support a 'third state' which an open task is changed to when it's sent to the task manager - indicating that it's "still open but has been sent".
Combine that with 2-way sync of completed status between the task manager & Capacities and you'd have a truly exceptional system that combines the power of the chosen task manager with the ability to fully see & understand (for example) the status of tasks within a project's notes/etc. in Capacities.
