Additional horizontal line separators

Please add a few addition options for separators. I often use these to visually group details within a document. An example would be Craft’s implementation.

.-- dotted line separator

--- standard line

=— thick line

=== page break

The page break I find especially helpful to separate larger topics in documents that I don’t feel is important enough to (or just can’t) spend the time to create additional documents for. Or more importantly, separating chunks of meta data from actual content.
