Manage tags usage

Would be great if we could determine where a tag is available for use anywhere or only for some object types.

By default, when you create a tag it should be open to use anywhere within the space. But there should be a tag setting where you can turn off/on each object type for each tag.

We should find these settings in the three dot menu at the "tag" object (upper-right corner) and in each tag settings as well.
