increse / decrease hierarchy shortcut for Macbook

a shortcut to "Increase / decrease text hierarchy" that also works on macbook?

... regular cmd-+ / cmd-– won´t do here (they increase / decrease font size), as it seems things are bound to numbers pad (non-existing on Macbook :-})
